About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Logistics to lead and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations within the EMS business. Key tasks include overseeing global procurement activities, demand forecasting, inventory management, and ensuring seamless coordination between supply chain, production, and logistics teams across multiple global sites. The role also involves team leadership, financial management, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Applicants for the VP of Global Supply Chain and Logistics role at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in supply chain leadership within EMS or high-tech manufacturing industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in global sourcing, logistics, demand planning, and supplier management, as well as strong expertise in ERP and supply chain planning software. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to lead a high-performing team and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
