Maintenance and Driver Assistant
Pineapple House of Sapphire Lakes is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Maintenance and Driver Assistant. This full-time position is designed to support the well-being and comfort of our senior residents by providing essential maintenance services and reliable transportation. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the safety and functionality of the facility
- Assist with general upkeep, including cleaning, landscaping, and minor repairs
- Provide transportation services for residents to appointments, outings, and errands
- Ensure timely and safe transportation in accordance with scheduled needs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with residents and staff to meet community needs
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in maintenance, handyman work, or related fields preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift moderate weights
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Compassionate and respectful attitude towards seniors and community members
