Aux Talent is partnering with a Brooklyn-based Software Development Startup focused on B2B commerce to add an Executive Assistant to support the two Co-Founders. You will focus on leveraging the Co-Founders' time and being the operational force keeping things running. This individual will act as a key partner in managing operations, ensuring alignment across teams, and enabling the Co-Founders to execute effectively on strategic priorities. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Typical duties (but are not limited to): Calendaring, Travel Coordination, Gatekeeping, Triaging Communication, Event Planning, Office Management, Operations, Project Management
Requirements: 5+ years of Executive Assistance experience supporting founders or C-level execs out of high-velocity startups, high level of confidentiality and professionalism, resourceful self-starter, strong attention to detail and discretion, proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership
Schedule: In office 5 days/week, Full Time
Pay: $140,000-150000/year + comprehensive benefits
