About the Role:

We are seeking a Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and efficient at managing and entering information accurately. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating company databases, ensuring data integrity, and supporting various administrative processes. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys independent work, consistency, and precision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
  • Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information, and make necessary corrections.
  • Verify accuracy of information before entering it into the system.
  • Retrieve data and generate reports as requested.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all company and customer information.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and data cleanup projects.
  • Follow established data entry procedures and quality control standards.
  • Communicate with team members or supervisors to resolve discrepancies or clarify information.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk, Typist, or similar administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient typing skills 
  • Familiarity with data entry software, spreadsheets, and database systems (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Reliable computer, internet connection, and workspace.
