What You’ll Do

• Prepare sterile compounded medications under USP <797> and <800> standards
• Follow aseptic technique and gowning protocols in controlled environments
• Accurately weigh, mix, and document ingredients with precision and care
• Maintain sanitation logs, equipment checks, and batch documentation
• Support pharmacists in quality assurance and final verification
• Collaborate with QA, operations, and inventory teams to ensure accuracy and compliance

What We’re Looking For

• Active Texas Pharmacy Technician License
• 1+ years of sterile compounding experience preferred (503A or 503B environment ideal)
• Strong knowledge of USP <797> and <800> guidelines
• Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable working in full cleanroom attire for long durations
