What you will do in this role

We are looking for an entry-level professional who is interested in developing their career in Regulatory Affairs. The State Regulatory Specialist role will have ownership of assigned responsibilities regarding the registration of products within specific state agencies. This role will be responsible for managing multiple tasks while maintaining detailed tracking of ongoing state registrations and will collaborate closely with other internal Atticus functional disciplines. The State Regulatory Specialist will report to the Sr. Manager, State Regulatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare product applications and payment to state agencies
• Manage state registration tracking system and internal controls
• Author weekly updates to internal Atticus teams regarding state registration information
• File both electronic and hard copies of state certificate approvals in a timely manner
• Update and maintain communication and posting of state approved registrations with partner companies
• Assist in the completion of yearly product registration renewals
• Submit revised product labels to state agencies as requested
• Participate in annual industry conference and attend webinars pertaining to state registrations
• Assist in other tasks as needed within the Regulatory team

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Bachelors degree
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel, MS Word, and Adobe skills.
• Strong initiative and attention to detail.
• Excellent organization, planning, project management, time management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proactive communication skills
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

• Exceptional quality and service orientation, drive and follow through.
• Ability to work effectively across diverse and cross-functional teams, under critical timelines and while balancing the needs of internal and external customers.
