We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Salon Receptionist to join our team. As the front desk coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring every client has a seamless experience from the moment they walk in. Responsibilities

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism as they enter the salon

• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage booking software

• Check clients in and out, process payments, and handle retail sales transactions

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area

• Communicate effectively with stylists, estheticians, and management to coordinate schedules

• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously

• Assist with light administrative tasks such as filing, inventory, and product restocking

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred (salon or spa experience a plus)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable using scheduling or POS software (we will train the right candidate)

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Reliable and punctual with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
