Prep Cook
Ready to learn and grow in the kitchen? Sophia's Brunch is hiring Prep Cooks to support our chefs and keep the kitchen running smoothly. Perfect for someone looking to sharpen their skills in a professional kitchen.
Our hours are 7am-3pm daily - no late nights, ever. (Weekend availability required!)
What You'll Do
- Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients
- Assist with portioning, measuring, and recipe prep
- Keep prep areas clean and organized
- Stock and rotate ingredients
- Support the cooks during busy service
What We're Looking For
- Kitchen/prep experience preferred, but not required
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Able to follow directions and work efficiently
- Strong work ethic and team spirit
- Food Handler's Certificate required
