Packing Associate

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Packing Associate to join their team. As a Packing Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting high-volume apparel packing. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Phillipsburg, NJ

Pay Range: $19/hour

Shift: 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM 6:30 AM

What's the Job?

• Neatly fold and pack clothing items into boxes or polybags according to company standards.
• Apply correct shipping labels and barcodes to packed items.
• Ensure garments are folded uniformly and packed cleanly to meet presentation guidelines.
• Inspect items for damage, stains, or defects before packing.
• Verify item counts and styles match packing slips or system instructions.

What's Needed?

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly.
• No experience required training provided!
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
