Salon Manager – High-Volume Nail Spa (Richardson, TX)
About Us
Aria Nail Spa is a fast-growing, high-volume nail salon under new ownership and management. Backed by White Ink Consolidated , a New York-based investment firm, we’re building one of the most organized and professional salon operations in North Texas.
We’re looking for a full-time Salon Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our 15+ nail technicians, and maintain the exceptional client experience our brand is known for.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day salon operations (scheduling, supplies, cash flow, client experience)
Supervise and motivate a team of 15+ technicians
Maintain inventory levels, product orders, and cleanliness standards
Resolve client issues professionally and ensure a 5-star service environment
Report weekly KPIs and P&L summaries to ownership
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews for staff
Requirements
1+ year of management experience in a salon, spa, or retail setting
Strong communication and leadership skills
Texas cosmetology license preferred (not required)
Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling software, and Excel/Google Sheets
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, customer-facing environment
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $30,000 – $40,000 annually (based on experience)
Performance bonuses after 90 days (based on revenue and team KPIs)
Growth path toward multi-location management
No 401(k) or benefits program at this time — this is a flat annual compensation role
Schedule
Full-time: 5–6 days per week
Typical hours: 10 AM – 7 PM (some flexibility required)
