We're expanding our team of exceptional cleaners/crews who take pride in quality, professionalism, and delivering five-star experiences to our clients. The ideal candidate has 2 years of professional cleaning experience and a solid understanding of standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings. We're looking for individuals with great attitudes, strong communication skills, and a genuine pride in their work. A clean background and reliable transportation are required. We need reliability, good communication from individual cleaners AND crews who are motivated for success. What You’ll Need As a contractor, you'll supply your own basic tools, including: Mop and vacuum Towels, rags, and dusters (we do not use harsh chemicals like bleach and we do not use abrasive products like rough sponges) Safe, all-purpose cleaning solutions (for hardwood, tile, marble, etc.) Broom and additional surface-safe products Must have Professional Level Understanding of what products are appropriate for each area and clean with a detail-oriented, thorough, and time efficient focus.
