Your work will consist of conducting field testing and inspections on properties to determine the source and origin of various problems the homeowner is facing at their property. Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform accurate, impartial, and complete property testing and inspections (interior and exterior) including but not limited to identification of leaks, deterioration, and previous repairs.
  • Travel to customer locations, interact with residential and commercial customers; landlords and contractors; and represent our company in a professional manner.
  • Provide documentation, finding and photos of the inspection.
  • Maintain professional and safety standards required by American Leak Detection.
Qualifications Our employees maintain a clean, professional appearance; have good writing and grammar skills; and excellent customer service abilities. Must be in good health, able to lift and move 75 lbs., willing to work outdoors in both the heat and cold. Only applicants with a clean driving record and who will pass drug tests and background checks need apply. Must be independent and self-motivated with the ability to make decisions and work without close supervision.
