OVERVIEW OF ROLE

As a rapidly growing organization, we are looking for an Analyst, FP&A who is nimble, agile and able to distill & synthesize information from multiple sources (e.g. operations & finance). This role will report to the Manager, Finance & Corporate Development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Work with accounting team to ensure timely completion of month-end close process

· Preparation of practice analytics and performance overview slides

· Integrate new practices on to Vitana finance platform: implement and optimize reporting routines

· Conduct financial and operational analyses to evaluate practice performance, identify trends and support data-driven decision making for the leadership team.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, accounting, and leadership teams

· Support Quality of Earnings / other diligence workstreams as needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

· 1+ years of accounting/finance experience

· Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel

· Analytical and attention to detail

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills to present insights and engage with stakeholders

· Experience with Sage Intacct, NetSuite or Quickbooks is a plus, but not required

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

· Bachelor’s degree in business (accounting or finance)
