Job Details

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality family or internal medicine care, including chronic disease management, preventive care, acute visits, and behavioral health integration.
  • Manage a patient panel with typical volumes of 18–22 patients per day, adjusting visit lengths for new, established, or same-day patients.
  • Collaborate with care teams through daily huddles and ongoing coordination to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation and participate in quality initiatives in alignment with NCQA standards.
  • Support community outreach and participate in initiatives to improve access to care.
  • Mentor and guide clinical staff as needed while promoting a positive team culture.
Qualifications:
  • MD or DO with board certification in Family or Internal Medicine.
  • Active state medical license and DEA/CDS registration.
  • 5+ years of clinical experience preferred.
  • Experience with EMR systems and familiarity with quality care standards.
  • Bonus: pediatric experience, procedural skills (e.g., suturing), or community outreach involvement.
