What You’ll Do:
Manage complex and frequently changing schedules, appointments, and travel itineraries.
Handle confidential correspondence with attorneys, vendors, and business partners.
Execute personal and professional errands efficiently and discreetly.
Track and organize contracts, documents, and key deadlines.
Anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and stay several steps ahead.
Provide real-time support, including some after-hours availability.
Assist in special projects across multiple ventures and investments.
Who You Are:
A self-starter with excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
Extremely organized with meticulous attention to detail.
Resilient, and adaptable — thrives under pressure.
Tech-savvy with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and productivity tools.
An excellent communicator (written and verbal) who manages high-level correspondence with ease.
High-energy, proactive, and ambitious — eager to grow alongside a top-tier entrepreneur. Must have clean driving record.
