Established organization is seeking an Executive Assistant on a direct hire basis in the greater Pasadena, CA area. This is a hybrid role and must be local to Pasdena, CA. Pay ranges from $90-$110k annually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to C-suite executives and Board members.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organize and support board meetings, including agenda preparation, logistics, and minute-taking.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by executive leadership.
  • Maintain and improve administrative processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (required).
  • 7+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives and Board of Directors.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
