We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to support CEO in a fast-paced environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. As this is a Contract to permanent position, it provides an excellent opportunity for career advancement and long-term growth. The position is based in Dallas, Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate executive calendars, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and deadlines are accurately scheduled.

• Prepare, edit, and deliver well-organized presentations, reports, and other materials for senior leadership.

• Act as the primary point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication.

• Organize travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, while maintaining detailed itineraries.

• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of integrity at all times.

• Assist with meeting preparation, including agenda creation, document distribution, and taking detailed meeting minutes.

• Monitor and prioritize incoming correspondence, ensuring prompt and appropriate responses.

• Support the planning and execution of events, conferences, and other executive functions.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve administrative challenges efficiently.

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools.
• Skilled in creating executive-level presentations and reports using software such as PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively at all organizational levels.
• High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
