Growing National Healthcare Corp is seeking an experienced Director of Physician Recruitment to lead a high-performing team and drive our national provider recruitment efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic, people-focused leader to shape recruitment operations and support organizational growth.

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified physician candidates across multiple specialties and regions.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the physician recruitment team , ensuring effective sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement practices.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.

• Optimize recruitment processes through the effective use of technology, tools, and platforms to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

• Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through events, relationship-building, and partnerships with educational institutions and professional organizations.

• Track, evaluate, and report key recruitment metrics to guide decision-making and ensure recruitment goals are met.

• Develop and deliver training programs for new team members, along with annual refresher training for existing staff.

• Provide ongoing feedback and performance management , supporting staff development, engagement, and retention.

• Minimum 2 years of experience directing a physician staffing team .

• At least 5 years of experience in physician staffing or physician recruitment .
