About the Role
The Company is seeking a Deputy Chief Diversity Officer/Deputy Title IX Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer to implement best practices in the areas of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. This includes cultivating and promoting inclusive work and learning environments, conducting campus-wide training, and advocating for affinity groups. The role also involves serving as the Deputy Title IX Coordinator, with responsibilities for facilitating and supporting campus-wide efforts in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Applicants for this position at The Company must have a Master's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of three years of experience in roles related to DEIB or Title IX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in student conduct and/or Title IX processes, as well as evidence of equity-minded practice. A combination of education and experience that demonstrates a deep understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion in educational settings is required. Preferred qualifications include a PhD, EdD, or Law degree and at least four years of experience in DEIB initiatives, Title IX, and related areas. The Deputy Chief Diversity Officer/Deputy Title IX Coordinator will be instrumental in the mission of the DEI office, providing leadership and support to ensure a culture of inclusive excellence for all members of the community.
