Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering and maintaining accurate data across various systems, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of company information.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems.
• Review data for errors and inconsistencies; make corrections as needed.
• Perform regular data backups and ensure data security protocols are followed.
• Generate reports, summaries, and data extracts upon request.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
• Assist in administrative tasks and support other departments as needed.
• Meet daily and weekly data entry quotas and performance benchmarks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM or ERP systems.
• Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools like Google Workspace, Slack, or Trello.
