Description: The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective workflow, organization, and execution of photography, video productions, design projects, and other projects within XSIGHT. This role involves working closely with clients and key stakeholders, serving as the liaison between clients and the XSIGHT team, sales, production, photography, and video departments. The Project Manager ensures all project specifications, team members, and tools are in place to meet project goals, deadlines, and budgets, while addressing production issues effectively. Responsibilities include: Overseeing photo, video, and design projects from start to finish, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and budget requirements. Managing the project team and coordinating with the production team for efficient workflow. Controlling project timelines and schedules, and delegating tasks to team members and contractors. Working directly with clients and stakeholders to understand and communicate project goals. Maintaining knowledge of XSIGHTs standards, workflows, protocols, and procedures. Adding commercial clients to project management systems with all relevant details. Collaborating with the production team for updates and addressing potential obstacles. Resolving issues collaboratively with the CEO and project team. Ensuring client communication is addressed and documented. Leading project communication and securing production items, including assigning roles and negotiating with contractors. Assisting with research, proposals, and contracts for larger projects. Leading weekly meetings and daily huddles. Tracking client invoicing, contracts, and payments with the Project Coordinator. Supporting team members in task completion and project progression.
