Key Responsibilities:

• Translate academic transcripts, diplomas, certificates, and related documents into English accurately and promptly.
• Ensure translations maintain the integrity, tone, and terminology of the original documents.
• Verify terminology and formatting consistency according to company standards and credential evaluation guidelines.
• Work closely with evaluators and administrative staff to clarify document details when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security of all client materials.
• Proofread and edit translated documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct basic research on foreign education systems, institutions, and grading scales to ensure proper contextual understanding.
• Assist with document management, including naming, labeling, and organizing digital files.
• Provide language and cultural insights to support accurate evaluation decisions. Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Translation, Linguistics, Education, International Studies, or a related field .
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese .
• Proven experience translating academic or official documents preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments with deadlines.
• Familiarity with credential evaluation and international, especially Chinese education systems is a plus.
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
