As Chief of Staff (Office of CMO) & Head of Strategic Initiative, you will lead the Marketing Chief of Staff organizationthe strategic and operational command center that aligns priorities, programs, people, and processes to maximize pipeline and ARR impact. You will partner closely with the CMO and Marketing Leadership Team to translate vision into execution, ensuring operational excellence, crossfunctional alignment, and measurable business outcomes.
The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience and training. Eligible roles may also be entitled to receive commission or other variable compensation through Dataiku's incentive compensation program.

US only national base pay ranges: $170,000 - $230,000 USD.
