Highway Tire & Auto is a family-owned, high-volume automotive repair facility Palm City/ Stuart and surrounding areas. If you’re a seasoned ASE Certified Master Technician who can confidently diagnose, repair, and lead by example — this is the place for you.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a true professional — not just a parts changer. The ideal candidate is:

• ASE Master Certified (A1–A8) with at least 10 years of hands-on experience.
• A strong diagnostic technician who can troubleshoot complex drivability, electrical, and performance issues across all makes and models.
• Proficient in cars, trucks, and light-duty diesel systems.
• Detail-oriented, efficient, and reliable — with pride in workmanship.
• A team player and leader, able to assist and guide junior technicians when needed.
• Honest, customer-focused, and committed to doing the job right the first time.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics using OEM and aftermarket scan tools.
• Accurately repair and service vehicles — from engines and transmissions to electrical and HVAC systems.
• Communicate findings clearly to service advisors and management.
• Maintain ASE certifications and continue ongoing training.
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and drama-free shop culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years’ experience as an automotive technician
• ASE Master Certification (A1–A8) required (L1 preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must have own tools and diagnostic capabilities
