We are seeking a professional and highly motivated Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a residential community. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent customer service skills, and a proven track record of maintaining high occupancy, resident satisfaction, and property performance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily property operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Lead leasing efforts, including marketing, showings, application processing, and renewals.
• Build strong relationships with residents through clear communication, quick problem-solving, and consistent follow-up.
• Oversee rent collections, monitor delinquencies, and take appropriate action as needed.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor services, and property inspections to maintain curb appeal and asset quality.
• Prepare and manage operating budgets, financial reports, and expense controls.
• Train, lead, and support property staff to meet performance expectations.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, company policies, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Property Manager experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, etc.) preferred.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
