This departmental support role directly supports Amplify Processes within the Southaven Logistics Center, Southaven, MS. You will lead a specific work area and monitor key KPIs, including daily Operations Checklist, Safety Audit Checklist, and Operational Output. Responsibilities Support Amplify Operations Supervisor with all operational activities. Drive a safety mindset within the operation. Maintain operational output within the assigned area. Communicate clearly and effectively in writing and orally. Investigate discrepancies, research thoroughly, and provide resolution to coordinators, supervisors, and managers. Apply critical thinking skills and multi‑task across activities. Interact with supervisors, coordinators, inbound, inventory control, and outbound staff to reconcile open issues. Report to Amplify Operations Supervisor when additional support is needed. Lead area stand‑up meetings daily. Actively and openly communicate internally and externally across departments. Monitor work performance and develop a sense of pride and urgency. Provide feedback to leads, supervisors, and managers on daily incidents, both positive and negative. Lead personnel within the work area and perform production activities at a high level. Qualifications Computer skills required, including experience with warehouse management systems. Material handling experience required: Stand‑Up Dock Truck, Order/Stock Picker, Sit‑Down Forklift, Tugger/Cart, Walkie Rider, or equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in a high‑volume distribution center or large retail operation. Detail‑oriented and able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Career Readiness Certificate (CRC) preferred. Above average SAP & RF Scan knowledge and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience. Above average warehouse experience (i.e., Shipping, Receiving, Cycle Counting). 2-3 years of direct operations experience. -2 years of direct leadership experience. 1-2 years operating in an assembly environment with KanBan and assembly drawing understanding preferred.
