We are seeking a professional and organized Administrative Assistant for our Happy Day Corporate Office to act as the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a welcoming environment, managing the front desk, and assisting with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This role requires excellent communication, punctuality, a positive attitude, and customer service skills, with the ability to multitask and stay organized.

This is a full-time position. The scheduled hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday Friday with a 1 hour lunch.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet, assist, and direct visitors to their destinations.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
  • Perform various clerical tasks such as copying, faxing, and filing.
  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain, reconcile, and organize physical and digital files, databases, and archives.
  • Assist with special projects, conduct research, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage office supplies, handle invoicing, and perform other routine processes.
Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Ability to type 30+ WPM
  • Excellent customer service
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to Multitask
